MENPRA Work Placement

I would like to start by presenting myself, my name is Lide Murguia and since August of this year I have been doing my internship at Flexpartner. Today I would like to bring some insight about my experience working here and explain my journey at this company.

My background is in social science and currently I am taking a Master’s in digital society and societal transformation. I do find it interesting to understand the processes behind the development or creation of a technology and the process behind introducing it to the society and modify it in order to be socially accepted.

In the beginning of my work placement, I was a bit insecure about my skills and how I could help in the development of the company’s projects and tasks. One of my duties was to help digitalize the company by taking care of the social media and website. While daily checking the data from the app for any malfunction. Other tasks were more focused on helping to develop the projects like Alva Isdal AI Energy Advisor. What I did like more while being an intern was the wide amount of tasks and issues I was in charge of or helping with, which helped develop my hard and soft skills.

Right now I found myself so grateful to continue developing professionally by becoming the AI Content Quality Analyst, while I am getting ready to start writing my thesis inside the company.
